Providing paths for development helps create the workforce of the future.

Greater Peoria Pathways is working to build a talent development pipeline, allowing our region’s middle and high school students to connect with our most in demand careers to drive more-informed post-secondary decisions.

Strategy

Key to this effort is creating more intentional high-school career pathways, in-roads to experience local careers, and opportunities to earn Early College Credits while building core competencies for our most critically needed careers. Together, we are working closely with our post-secondary institutions to sequence pathways across our region.
